I'm Smriti
I’m driven by the desire to make positive impact through thoughtful and inclusive design.
With an undergrad in Fine Arts, I began my career as a visual designer in 2014. Learning everything from scratch while working on various projects was exciting. Over three years, I developed a strong foundation in visual storytelling and wanted to do more. So, I pursued a Master's in Service Design to learn about designing holistic user experiences and creating value for users at every touchpoint.
In 2018, I joined Walmart Global Tech in Bangalore as a Product Designer. This role was transformative, as my work on the CRM platform impacted millions of customers, teaching me the importance of empathy and data-driven design.
Craving new challenges, I moved to Berlin in 2022 to join Delivery Hero's QCommerce team. Over the past two years, I have worked on three diverse domains in Quick Commerce: Adtech, Logistics as a Service, and Supply Chain.
Outside of work, I'm a dedicated crafter, houseplant enthusiast, and yoga lover.
I embrace a DIY lifestyle, finding joy in making things and constantly learning new skills. Pottery has taught me to value the beauty of imperfection and the importance of resilience.
